SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from My Facility Medic LLC. Non-marketing messages include appointment confirmations, project updates, account and billing notices, and replies to your enquiry. Marketing messages include special offers, discounts, and service updates. You choose each type separately, and you can opt in to one, both, or neither. You can expect roughly 2 to 10 messages per month. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact service@myfacilitymedic.com / 844-393-9600. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
